Australia - Tea and Books on holiday! (Part One: Books)

Aloha! A few weeks ago I had the misfortune to be returning from a lovely few festive weeks in Aus. Whilst I didn't get through as many books as usual (only one and a bit!) I did have my fair share of teas, so figured I could cobble together a decent enough blog post about it all. I'll start with book musings. Talon by Julie Kagawa Snappy Summary: Dragons hunted almost to extinction- dragons go underground- dragons disguised as humans- teenage dragons learn to blend in with human society..... I have had this book on my kindle for a very long time and thought it was about time I actually read it. What really drew me to this book was the original concept (although I have also read The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman which features a human-ish dragon). There were parts where the teenage aspect did become a little overwhelming but after a slowish start (both world and character building), I found that the story was compelling enough to negate this.
